Outer tube is 6mm diameter Brass with Phospher Bronze end bearing, the length is the length of this tube including the end bearings and can be made to your exact requirement by simply contacting me.
 
Inner shaft is high quality 4mm Stainless Steel type 316. 
Both ends are threaded M4x0.7, 1/2 inch long and fitted with a brass washer and nut.
